If an item is defective or was delivered incomplete, we will cover the return costs or send you the missing parts.
In all other cases, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself and can choose a shipping provider of your choice (e.g. DHL, Hermes, DPD or UPS).
For returns within Germany, we can provide you with a DPD return label on request for €5.99. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund. For orders from abroad, please arrange the return shipment yourself with a shipping provider of your choice.
If you placed your order with one of our partner retailers, please contact them directly. The respective retailer will inform you about their specific return process.
