The SKS manufacturer’s warranty applies to all SKS products from the bicycle accessories range.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
- Wear parts such as seals or batteries
- Products supplied to bicycle manufacturers (OEM) and installed by them
- Consumables such as batteries
- Products with normal signs of use such as scratches or abrasion
- Damage caused by improper use or modifications to the product
- Sample items, display pieces or second-grade products
- Bicycle repair stations and individual SKS components thereof
- Products or product groups listed in Annex 1 of the warranty terms and conditions
