The pump head on your SKS floor pump can be replaced easily.
First, unscrew the existing pump head from the threaded connector. The connector is located at the joint between the pump head and the hose.
Then pull both the pump head and the connector off the hose.
Also loosen the threaded connector on the new pump head and slide it onto the hose.

Push the new pump head onto the hose and screw it firmly into place.
